In the Rawdat Al Jahhaniya district of Al Rayyan, Qatar, stands The Mall of Qatar, a retail destination that welcomed its first visitors in December 2016.

Initially projected at a construction cost of approximately $660 million, the mall's financial scope evolved to $1.48 billion by October 2015. This adjustment was prompted by the incorporation of fresh hospitality and entertainment initiatives, further enhancing the mall's allure.
