Al Faisaliah Refurbishment Project

The Al Faisaliah District Redevelopment Project, a contract undertaken by Al Khozama Management Company, the prominent developer and manager of luxury, hospitality, retail, and commercial properties in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, aimed at revitalizing the renowned Al Faisaliah Mall. The project involved a $53-million refurbishment to enhance the mall, which houses some of the world's most prestigious designer brands.

To minimize disruption, the remodeling and upgrading of the Mall were carried out in several phases, ensuring that it remained operational throughout the entire 16-month period of construction.
